Danny’s leadership has driven INK’s ongoing innovation and growth because he is renowned for his strategic vision and entrepreneurial flair.

ZIA SHAIKH
General Manager
Zia has operated in the role of General Manager for several restaurants within the INK portfolio since 2008. He was tasked with building Sofia Yorkville into one of our leading flagship properties in Toronto.
He brings 30+ years of experience in Toronto's culinary landscape, a milestone we at INK Entertainment greatly value, and has been instrumental in our expansion into South Florida and Nevada.

Centred on crafting refined yet approachable dishes that celebrate seasonal, locally sourced Canadian ingredients, his style harnesses classical techniques and global inspiration gained through years of travel and collaboration.
An award-winning Iron Chef and dedicated mentor to young chefs, Chef Boehmer is widely recognized for his skill, creativity, and contributions to the culinary community.
